Your office is being upgraded to DentalOS®. This page brings together the guides you need before and after your upgrade date, in the order most people need them.
Most of your team only needs the first two sections. Admins can use the rest.
Start here
These guides are for everyone. Most users launch their products and view the dashboard, unless they have additional user privileges.
- What to Expect When Your Organization Upgrades to DentalOS: what to expect during your upgrade
- Sign In to DentalOS: how to sign in and launch your products
- Navigate the DentalOS Dashboard: a tour of the admin dashboard
- Finish Setting Up Your DentalOS Account: complete your account setup
If you cannot sign in
Password managers don't recognize the new DentalOS web address, so your browser may not fill in your password. If that happens, reset your password.
- Reset Your DentalOS Password: reset your password
- Troubleshooting: A User Cannot Sign In to DentalOS: steps to take when someone cannot sign in
- Apteryx Sign-In Through DentalOS in Denticon: sign in to Apteryx imaging through DentalOS
For admins: training
Most of this content is written for group admins and super admins.
- DentalOS course on LearnUpon: training on administering your organization in DentalOS

For admins: manage users
Admins add and remove users in DentalOS. Permissions are still managed in your product.

- Add a User Without an Email Address in DentalOS: add a team member who has no email address
- Resend an Invitation or Manual Setup Link in DentalOS: invitations expire after 24 hours, so resend them as needed

For admins: access, locations, and your home screen
New locations are added in DentalOS. Admins may land on the DentalOS home screen first after signing in.
