Campaign Type	Email Delivery Time	SMS Delivery Time
Appointment	8:00 PM PST	If calculated delivery time is between 7 AM - 6PM (Local office time), then on the exact time. Otherwise, 5:50 PM (Local office time). Delivery time is calculated with the touchpoint rule against the appointment time.
Recurring	8:00 PM PST	5:50 PM (Local office time)
Patient Care: Follow Up Campaign	These will be sent during the early morning hours of the campaign delivery date.	N/A
