Introduction:
When adding a new campaign, there will be an option to “Copy Campaign”. The copy of the existing
campaign will contain all the fields and touchpoints to then further edit.
Description:
When creating a new automated campaign, users will now have the ability to copy the setup of an existing campaign, giving the user a more streamlined campaign setup experience. The event trigger, mailing list, touchpoints, templates and all other fields will all be copied into the setup of a new campaign. Users will be able to make any edits to the new campaign as necessary.
Key features:
- Ability to copy campaign (similar to copy template)
- When a campaign is copied, exact copy of the campaign is created along with touchpoints
- Option available only when creating a new campaign.
