When using Denticon Patient Communication's automated campaigns, event triggers are the date or event that initiates a campaign.
Appointment campaigns are multi-touchpoint campaigns where an email or text is delivered at specific intervals before or after the appointment takes place. Campaigns can also be setup to deliver an email appointment reminder or text reminder after a missed appointment, as well as before or after a cancelled appointment.
The following event triggers are available for Appointment type campaigns:
Appointment Date- This trigger will send out the campaign touchpoints in relation to the patient's scheduled appointment. For example, a campaign that has a touchpoint set to go out 3 days before a patients appointment.
Cancelled Appointment- This trigger will send out the campaign touchpoints in relation to the date a patient cancels their appointment. For example, a campaign set to go out a week after the patient cancels an appointment.
Missed Appointment- This trigger will send out the campaign touchpoints in relation to the date a patient misses their appointment. For example, a campaign set to go out a day after the patient misses an appointment.
Appointment Created Date (New Patient)- This trigger will send out the campaign touchpoints in relation to the date a new patient appointment is created. For example, a campaign set to go out a day after the new patient appointment is added to the system.
Appointment Created Date (Existing Patient)- This trigger will send out the campaign touchpoints in relation to the date an existing patient appointment is created. For example, a campaign set to go out a day after the existing patient appointment is added to the system.
