The following responses are recognized throughout Denticon Patient Communication. This includes Quickfill, Automated Campaigns, SmartAssist and Two-Way Communication:
- Automated Patient Response Options:
- Y, Yes, Si - Responding with Y, Yes, or Si will confirm the patient's appointment.
- N or No- Responding with N or No will cancel the patient's appointment.
- R or Reschedule- Responding with R or Reschedule will start a two-way conversation with the office. The office can choose to text or call the patient back to reschedule.
- C - Responding with C will confirm the appointment
- Cancel- Responding with Cancel will opt the patient out of SMS messages.
- Start- Responding with start will opt the patient back into receiving SMS messages.
- Arrived, Arrive, Here - For offices with access to this keyword, patients who message with any of these options will be marked as "In Reception" on the Scheduler.
- Patients also receive the following message: "Thank you! Our team has been notified of your arrival, and our care team will be out to greet you shortly."
