The following responses are recognized throughout Denticon Patient Communication. This includes Quickfill, Automated Campaigns, SmartAssist and Two-Way communication.
Y, Yes, Si - Responding with Y, Yes, or Si will confirm the patient's appointment.
N or No- Responding with N or No will cancel the patient's appointment.
R or Reschedule- Responding with R or Reschedule will start a two-way conversation with the office. The office can choose to text or call the patient back to reschedule.
C - Responding with C will confirm the appointment
Cancel- Responding with Cancel will opt the patient out of SMS messages.
Start- Responding with start will opt the patient back into receiving SMS messages.
