When using Denticon Patient Communication's recurring campaigns, event triggers are the date/event that initiates a campaign.
Recurring campaigns are multi-touchpoint campaigns where an email or text is delivered at specific intervals before or after the event date takes place.
The following event triggers are available for Recurring type campaigns:

First Visit Date: The office send patients additional information before their first visit, this might include patient registration links before the appointment or a special thank you after the visit. Offices may also use the first visit date to send annual anniversary messages. A campaign can have touchpoints set to go out in designated time intervals before or after the first visit.
Last Visit Date: This event can used for patient reactivation when a patient has stopped coming in for appointments for a prolonged period of time. A campaign can have touchpoints set to go out in designated time intervals after the patient's last visit.
