Security Rights:
Utilities - Automated Campaigns Ad-hoc Campaign Full Control: Users can edit existing campaigns and create new ones. Utilities - Automated Campaigns Ad-hoc Campaign View Only: Users can see the campaign setup but cannot save changes. If they click to create a new campaign, they will not be able to see. Utilities - Automated Campaigns Appointment Campaign Full Control: Users can edit existing campaigns and create new ones. Utilities - Automated Campaigns Appointment Campaign View Only: Users can see the campaign setup but cannot save changes. If they click to create a new campaign, they will not be able to see. Utilities - Automated Campaigns Dashboard Full Control: When Pat Comms is launched, it defaults to the dashboard. While the user may be able to access other functions if they have the rights for the other icons on the left, they will first see an access denied message. Users also need the full control right to download reports from the dashboard. (This is the only difference between view only and full control.) Utilities - Automated Campaigns Dashboard View Only: User will be able to see existing campaigns, unless they have other rights they can only do the following: 1. see the campaign preview (click the eyeball) 2. see the list of touchpoints Utilities - Automated Campaigns Mailing List Full Control: Users need this right to create or edit mailing lists. Users cannot add new mailing lists from the campaign setup screens without this right. Utilities - Automated Campaigns Mailing List View Only: User need this right to view the inventory of mailing lists and preview mailing lists in the campaign setup screens. Users can click edit for mailing lists but they cannot actually save any changes (this allows them to preview criteria). Utilities - Automated Campaigns Patient Care Campaign Full Control: Users can edit existing campaigns and create new ones. Utilities - Automated Campaigns Patient Care Campaign View Only: Users can see the campaign setup but cannot save changes. If they click to create a new campaign, they will not be able to see. Utilities - Automated Campaigns Recurring Campaign Full Control: Users can edit existing campaigns and create new ones. Utilities - Automated Campaigns Recurring Campaign View Only: Users can see the campaign setup but cannot save changes. If they click to create a new campaign, they will not be able to see. Utilities - Automated Campaigns Template Full Control: Users need this right to create or edit templates. Users cannot add new templates from the campaign setup screens without this right. Utilities - Automated Campaigns Template View Only: User need this right to view the inventory of templates and preview templates in the campaign setup screens. |
Utilities - Automated Campaigns Ad-hoc Campaign Management This permission gives a user the ability to create, edit, and manage ad-hoc campaigns for the entire PGID. Users with this permission can typically build and send campaigns on behalf of anyone in the system, not just themselves.
Utilities - Automated Campaigns Ad-hoc Campaign User Specific This permission limits the user to only working with campaigns tied to their own user OIDs they are assigned to so they can create and send ad-hoc campaigns, but only for patients/records associated with them specifically, not the whole PGID.
There is no security right the allows or prevents access to the Patient Communications. The rights listed in the table control access to each of the menu items on the left of the Patient Communications screen. If a user does not have Full Control access to a specific function they will see the following message for each function (indicated by the Access Right Tag):
