First, you'll see from the Patient Overview in the Appointments section that the appointment was cancelled and you will see the user as _PatEngagement.
You'll see this in Patient Notes. Information regarding the cancelled appointment.
You will also see in Two Way Communications the appointment was cancelled.
Reports>Appointment Reports>Appointment List>Choose "Cancelled from Denticon Patient Engagement">enter the date criteria.
