- While a user is adding an appointment for a new patient, there is a “Quick Save” button.
- Clicking the “Quick Save” button will show a popup window with only the required fields in order to save the record more quickly.
- All required fields must be completed before clicking "Save".
- At the top of the Scheduler screen there is also a “Quick Save View” checkbox. Checking this option will show a view of the quick saved appointments only. From this view, users can click on the appointments to edit.To remind you to complete the appointment details later, the patient’s name will appear with a red star in the scheduler’s search patient drop down menu. The star will disappear once the appointment record is updated.
