In the Scheduler, double-click on the desired appointment date and time. Select the “New Patient” button, and click the Add button.
On the Add/Edit Appointment screen, ensure the appropriate appointment details are entered (operatory, date, start time, duration of appointment, provider). Click the Save button to return to the Scheduler window.
