Family appointments are able to be entered only if the family members are within a single Responsible Party account.
The visibility of family members may be seen on a patient’s Overview screen:
- via the “Account Members” icon
- within the “Account Members” section
To enter family appointments:
- access the Scheduler Window
- click the word “Scheduler”
- select the “Family Scheduling” option
- define the desired appointment parameters
- click the Find Slot button
- click the hyperlink “Reserved” for the desired time/operatory/provider combination
- search for the desired family by either:
- Responsible Party
- Patient
- Current or All offices
- click the hyperlink “Select” for the desired patient for the first desired appointment
- define the desired appointment(s) for the remaining family member(s)
- click the Book button
