In the Scheduler, double-click on the desired appointment date and time.
The New Appointment screen assumes the possibility of an appointment for the patient who is active in the Patient Window.
To continue making an appointment for the active patient, ensure the button at “Add new appointment for Xxxx, Xxxx” is selected.
Click the Add button.To search for a different patient, utilize the search function to “Find Existing Patient.” From the list of matches, double-click the desired patient.
On the Add/Edit Appointment screen, ensure the appropriate appointment details are entered (operatory, date, start time, duration of appointment, provider).
Click the Save button to return to the Scheduler window.
