When an office-defined Scheduler View is setup to include multiple locations, an appointment is able to easily be input into and/or moved to a different office’s schedule.
On the Scheduler Window, the user is able to select the desired “User View” in order to obtain the desired view.
Additionally, on the Scheduler Window, a specific provider is able to be selected via the word “Providers” in order to see all the offices and operatories to which a provider is assigned.
Moving appointments between offices are able to be done via:
- Drag and drop
- Cut and paste
