We have several locations. Patients can choose whichever office they wish for treatment. How do I make an appointment on the Scheduler for an existing patient who is based in office A but wishes to have treatment in office B?
Ensure the Scheduler view reflects the desired office for the appointment.
In the Scheduler, double-click on the desired appointment date and time.
On the New Appointment screen search for the desired patient utilizing the search function to “Find Existing Patient.” Ensure the “Search In:” field has “All Offices” selected. From the list of matches, double-click the desired patient.
On the Add/Edit Appointment screen, ensure the appropriate appointment details are entered (operatory, date, start time, duration of appointment, provider). Click the Save button to return to the Scheduler window.
