Start by indicating the user has the ability to auto-generate a label:
- From the “Setup” menu select the “Security” and “Users” options from the drop-down list.
- Select the user entry.
- Click the Edit button.
- In the field “Print Labels for Appt.” indicate the default size of the label. The Small label will print the patient name, appointment date and time, the length of the appointment, and the provider name. The Large label will print the same information; and will show the office name, address, and phone number.
- Click the Save button.
- If the scheduler window is open, close it and re-open to activate the new settings.
- Once the user setting is saved, a newly made appointment that is entered and saved to the scheduler will automatically generate a label in a popup Adobe window.
- Print the label, and close the Adobe window.
