In order for the signature pad to work, first you need to install the signature pad software.
From the Help menu:
- Downloads & Links
- If using Chrome select these downloads:
- select model (shown on the bottom of signature pad) and port as "HSB (USB type)"
- the download function will guide you through the installation steps
The Signature Pad works in Denticon to capture signatures on:
- Treatment Plans
- Consent Letters
- Medical Alerts
- Progress Notes
