A patient’s signature may be electronically captured on:
- Treatment Plans
- Consent Letters
- Medical History
- Progress Notes
In order for the user to view a captured signature, the signature pad software must be installed on the individual computer.
The signature pad unit does not have to be attached to the computer to view a captured signature. Yet, the signature pad installation must be completed on the individual computer if the captured signature needs to be viewed on the computer.
From the Help menu:

- If using Chrome select these downloads:
- Select model (shown on the bottom of signature pad) and port as "HSB (USB type)"
