Introduction:
In order to access Denticon's message service, the office will need to register. If an office is not registered, they will be unable to send both email and SMS messages.
Process description:
Completing the registration for the messaging service can now be done from within Denticon using the steps below.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Go to Setup>Account Info>Communication
- Click the button to register with UPDOX
- Complete the registration form.
Tips and best practices:
In some cases, it may take up to two weeks for the registration to process.
