Referral types which are used in the patient record may be defined:
- Click the word “Setup”
- Choose the “Misc Setup” option from the drop-down selection list
- Select “Referral Types”
- Click the Edit button
- Indicate a unique R-number code in the “Type Code” field
- Input the desired “Description”
- Click the Add button
- Click the Save button
