Our office wants to use a company other than TSYS or Open Edge for credit card processing. How do we ensure TSYS or Open Edge no longer processes our credit card payments?

If the office does not use TSYS or Open Edge card processing services in Denticon:

• Access the word “Setup”
• Choose the “Offices” option from the drop-down list, select the office name
• Click the button
• Access the “Integration” tab
• Remove the credit card device information
• Click the save button
  The TSYS or Open Edge credit card integration will now be disabled.

When the office does not use TSYS or Open Edge credit card processing services in Denticon, payments must be made using two separate steps:

• the credit card transaction must be generated on the office’s stand-alone processing method
• the payment transaction must be manually recorded in Denticon
