The correction of the patient's expired credit card is a very easy fix on the TSYS / TransFirst website.
TSYS / TransFirst instructs to:
- access the dental office’s TSYS / TransFirst account via Denticon’s “Help” and “Help & Support” options, using the Transaction Central Login link
- select the "Recurring" button to review all the office’s recurring payments
- locate the desired credit card entry
- click the "Recurring ID" button
- edit the date
- click the "Save Edited Info" button
Now, the recurring credit card charge will be able to be processed with the updated expiration date.
