Overview:
The Denticon Patient Communication email template editor lets you build professional email templates for appointment reminders, campaigns, and patient outreach — no coding required. Use it to add text, images, action buttons, and merge tags that personalize messages with patient-specific details. You can also import raw HTML for custom designs.
Getting started
Utilities → Launch → Automated Campaigns → Templates icon.
Action buttons
You can add action buttons that let patients confirm appointments, add them to their calendar, or book new appointments through AppointNow.
Merge tags
You can use merge tags to personalize messages with patient-specific details such as name, appointment information, or account details.
HTML import
You can paste raw HTML from tools like Adobe Dreamweaver directly into the editor for custom designs.
Images and stock library
You can insert images into your template and search a stock library of dental-related images using keywords.
Goto Utilities → Launch → Automated Campaigns → Templates icon.
