DPC Appointment Campaign data tags (Group Messages By Appointment Date)

There are two data tags to help with the Group By campaigns:

"FIRST_APPOINTMENT" and "APPOINTMENT_LIST"

One will list the first appointment and the other will list every appointment. 

The appointment list will be in a format such as {patientName} {formattedDate} at {timeString}.

 

 

Appointment Confirmation sent to the Patient or RP:

The confirmation message sent by DPC will be in the format

"Your appointments on {day} at {list of times} have been confirmed".

It will not include the patient name in the confirmation.

Note: PGID 1644 campaign was set to 'Send Message To: Responsible Party

 

 

 

Data tags

 

Send Message To  Patient

If the campaign is set to send to patient, a single message to sent to the patient focused on the first appointment of the day for the patient.

 

Send Message To Responsible Party

If the campaign is set to send to Resp. Party, a single message is sent to the Resp. Party focused on the first appointment of the day for all the patient’s under the resp. party.

 

 

 

  • Appointment Confirmation sent to the Patient or RP:
    • If the campaign was set to group messages
      • If the campaign was set to Send to ‘patient’ and patient confirms, all patient appointments for the day will be confirmed.
      • If the campaign was set to Send to ‘resp. party’ and resp. party confirms, all appointments for all patients under the resp. party for the day will be confirmed.

Example of message sent from DPC to RP:

 

 

  • Appointment Cancellations
    • If the campaign was set to group messages
      • If the campaign was set to send to ‘patient’ and patient cancels, all patient appointments for the day will be cancelled.
      • If the campaign was set to send to ‘resp. party’ and resp. party cancels, all appointments for all patients under the resp. party for the day will be cancelled.
