Control Which Dashboard Tiles Each Role Sees in DentalOS

Quick Answer

In DentalOS, Super Admins can control which dashboard tiles Group Admins and Users see by toggling tiles on or off in 'My Organization' under 'Dashboard settings'. Super Admins always see every tile they have permission for, and that setting cannot be changed.

Steps

  1. Select 'My Organization'.
  2. Select the 'Dashboard settings' tab.
  3. Select 'Edit dashboard settings'.
  4. For each tile ('Major releases', 'Integrations', 'My resources'), turn the toggle on or off under the 'Group Admins' column and the 'Users' column as needed.

  1. Save your changes.

Note: The Launchpad cannot be turned off, because it is how users open their products. The AI Workforce tile appears only for users with Purchasing Authority.

Expected Result

When complete, Group Admins and Users will see only the dashboard tiles whose toggles are turned on. Super Admins continue to see every tile they have permission for regardless of these settings.
