How are we able to use our Pick List in our medical and dental questionnaires?
How do I make changes to the Medical Alerts section?
We made changes in the Setup/Medical Setup section (Medical Alerts, Dental Questionnaire, Medical Questionnaire). Some patient records are not showing the changes when we access the patient’s medical history; some patient records are showing the changes.
In the Medical History section, we sometimes need to write in information and alerts that are not listed. How can we allow for space for this on the questionnaire?
On the questionnaire screens, we would like to have some of the medical and dental questions to have “yes” and “no” options rather than the checkmark box. How can we customize medical questionnaire and/or the dental questionnaire form?

First, go to Setup>Medical Setup>Dental Questionnaire.

Next click the Add New button

Enter text and select how you'd like the patient to answer, checkbox, textbox, date, memo, yes/no, or picklist and then save.

You can choose to move the question up or down by dragging and dropping the question

Lastly, you'll need to click the save button. When you go to the patient chart to add a new update you will see the question there. This does not affect any previously entered records, only new records going forward.
