Click the word “Setup” and choose the “Medical Alerts” option from the drop-down box.
To add a new listing, click the AddNew button.
To edit an existing listing, select the desired alert. Click the Edit button and make the necessary change(s). Click the Save button.
To delete an alert, select the desired listing. Click the Delete button.
To move an alert listing, drag and drop the alert into the necessary section. Headers can be moved the same way.
To save a draft of the medical history, click the Save Draft button,.
Changes to the Dental Questionnaire and the Medical Questionnaire are done in similar manner.
