Issue description:
This guide is intended to help offices that have previously seen provider goals populate in the Setup [menu] > Providers > Provider Goals menu but now see a month in the present or future where there are no options for provider goal entry.
Signs:
- Previous months under Setup [menu] > Providers > Provider Goals do have goal entry available
- Providers are presently assigned to this office under Setup [menu] > Providers > Provider Setup with:
- The office ID (OID) you are presently signed into on their Works At tab
- A schedule for when they will be in office on the Schedules tab
- At least one operatory assigned to them on the Ops tab for this OID
Troubleshooting steps:
- Access the dropdown menu for Setup > Offices > Office Setup.
- Select your present or desired OID on the left.
- Access the Schedule tab and press the Edit button.
- Add a Start and End time for at least one day in office each week.
- Press Save to Confirm.
- Access the dropdown menu for Setup > Providers > Provider Goals.
- Provider Goals should now be available for entry.
Visual Examples:
No Providers available for entry under Setup > Providers > Provider Goals.
Setup > Offices > Offices Setup can be used to select an OID and the Schedule tab to add a schedule for at least one day.
A single day with a start and stop minimum is required. Press Save to confirm.
Setup > Providers > Provider Goals will now populate as expected.
