Top 3 reasons:
1: Verify you've selected the appropriate office. In the Provider Schedule Screen, click the Office Dropbox in the Filter section (at the top of the screen)
2: The number of columns entered for the Template, should match the number of columns the provider is assigned OPs to work in.
3: The Time Interval selected for the 'Template' must match the Office Scheduler Time Interval in the Office Setup screen. To review the Office Settings, Go to Setup -> Offices -> Office Setup -> Select the Office -> Info Tab -> Scheduler Time Interval field
