The Scheduler will automatically refresh after 10 minutes of inactivity.
A countdown timer is displayed to the right of the “Patient Search” box.
For the first 4 minutes, the countdown will show in 1 minute increments.
When it reaches under 1 minute, the time is shown in seconds.
If there is activity on your scheduler, the timer resets until the next period of inactivity.
This tool is helpful in offices with multiple users viewing the scheduler.
Please Note: In order to optimize scheduler performance, the minimum scheduler refresh time is 10 mins for new accounts, all accounts that were previously set to 5mins will remain set to 5 mins .
