Issue Description: When accessing the Scheduler under user views and clicking through the next day, week, or month you may see the following error message: There are no providers or operatories defined in the setup for this view. Please select next date or click the date icon to load all operatories all providers view
Basic Troubleshooting Steps: This message may occur when no schedules have been entered in the provider setup for the date or date range selected. To resolve this issue, go to Setup, Providers, Provider Setup and review the setup to ensure that a Provider is assigned to the office as well as to an operatory. Check the Schedules tab in the Provider Setup to ensure they Provider has a Schedule entered for the office in question. You can also check for a Scheduler Effective Date to ensure that the Schedule is effective as of the date range you selected.

Check Provider Setup:
- Navigate to Setup, Providers, Provider Setup.
- Select the Provider who should be showing on the schedule.
- Click the Works At tab to ensure that the Provider is assigned to the office.
- If the Provider is not assigned to the office, highlight the Provider and click the single right facing arrow to assign the Provider to the office.
- Click the Ops tab to ensure that the Provider is assigned to Operatories within the selected office.
- If the Provider is not assigned to an Operatory, highlight the Operatory and click the single right facing arrow to assign the Provider to an Operatory.
- Click the Schedules tab to ensure the Provider has a Schedule entered into the selected office as well as a scheduler effective date.
