As Denticon is a web-based program, the Scheduler refreshes as often as a user refreshes the screen.

Any time an icon is clicked or a word command is selected, Denticon is programmed to present a refreshed view of the indicated screen.

The scheduler window can be refreshed by:

clicking the word "Scheduler" from the Patient Window
clicking the "Scheduler" icon from the Patient Window
clicking "New Appt" from the patient appointment section in the Patient Overview
selecting a procedure in the treatment plan, and clicking "New Appt"
clicking the "today" calendar icon on the Scheduler screen
clicking the refresh icon on the scheduler screen
