Signs:
- You can normally edit other providers, but this provider returns an error message when changes to their profile are saved.
- The provider has multiple entries for the same date and same office in the dropdown menu of Setup > Providers > Provider Setup > select the provider > Schedules.
Troubleshooting steps:
- Select the dropdown menu for Setup > Providers > Provider Setup.
- Click on the provider whose account reports the error on the left.
- Press Edit Provider > Schedules, then from the filter menus select the office and one of the duplicate effective dates.*
- If the schedule is blank, you can press the Delete button. If there is an existing time entry, select the Effective From drop down and change the date.
- Press Save to confirm when finished.
*If the effective dates in the drop down are hard to see, try searching them in the text box by entering the duplicate effective date in MM/DD/YYYY format, then click one of the dates to select it.

Best Practices:
Check the Setup > Providers > Provider Setup > select the provider > Schedules dropdown menu when before adding a new schedule date and make sure there are no duplicates.
