Description:
When creating email templates for use within Denticon Patient Communication users can integrate merge tags directly into the text of a template so that messages are personalized. For example, a merge tag entered into a template for a patient's first name will populate each patient's first name in the communication sent to the patient.
Key features:
Denticon now offers merge tags that will allow offices to add in custom URLs to populate in their messaging templates. This will save multi-location accounts from having to create/maintain a template for each location because specific URLs are needed to be displayed for each Office.
- Custom URLs will be configurable within the Office setup at Setup > Offices > Office Setup > Integration> Patient Communication URLs.

- . While setting up a template, the tags can be added by selecting Merge Tags > Office

Please be sure to include the full URL including the http:// or https:// prefix.
