Introduction:
In Denticon statements go out based on the Responsible Party's information in their setup. This is because the responsible party is the person who is financially responsible for paying the aging balances on the statement. In Denticon, it is possible to have a Responsible Party entered under a different home office than other members on the account.
Issue description:
The responsible party will receive a statement from an office in the PGID other than the one that is indicated as the patient's home office and the office treatment was entered under.
Signs:
The statement line on the patient ledger will indicate an office other than the patient's home office and the one that treatment was recorded under.
Basic troubleshooting steps:
- Go to the patient overview screen.
- View the Responsible Party information, is the office that is indicated as the Responsible Party's home office, the same office the statement was generated under?

Please contact support if the office on the statement does not match the Responsible Party's home office as indicated in the patient overview screen.
