There are two considerations for a report, depending on the desired information:
- understanding prior to the statement generation of which accounts will be eligible for a statement
- understanding after the statement generation of which accounts were generated a statement
To understand the eligible accounts prior to the statement generation:
- Click the word “Reports” and choose the “Statements” option from the drop-down box
- Click the Print Statement Report button
To understand the applicable accounts after the statement generation:
- Click the word “Reports” and choose the “Lists” and “Patient/Resp. Party List” options from the drop-down box
- Select the “Responsible Party-Statements Sent” report
- Indicate the date of the Statement Date
- Click the Print / Preview button
