If a patient is seen in multiple locations, the statement will reflect the statement settings and criteria of the Responsible Party's Home Office. In Denticon, statements are addressed to the Resp. Party of the patient, since that is who is financially responsible for the patient's balance.
The home office for the Responsible Party will reflect on the patient overview screen. If you need to change the patient or responsible party's home office go to Patient>Change Home Office
One statement will be generated from the Responsible Party's home office, instead of multiple statements from each office.
