The following merge tags can be added to Denticon Patient Communication email templates. To add in a merge tag, select the option to add in a Text block, then select the "Merge Tags" button.
Account Merge Tags
Address- The account address as listed in Setup>Account Settings.
City- The account city as listed in Setup>Account Settings.
Email- The account email address as listed in Setup>Account Settings.
Name- The account name as listed in Setup>Account Settings.
Phone- The account phone number as listed in Setup>Account Settings.
Phone 2- The alternative account phone number as listed in Setup>Account Settings.
State- The account state as listed in Setup>Account Settings.
Zip- The account zip code as listed in Setup>Account Settings.
Appointment Merge Tags
Date - The date of the patient's appointment.
Date and Time- The date and appointment time of the patient's appointment.
Provider Name- The name of the provider the appointment is scheduled with.
Corporate Merge Tags
Corporate Name and Address- The account name and corporate address as listed in Setup>Account Settings.
Statement Address- The corporate statement address as listed in Setup>Account Settings.
Statement Name- The account name as entered in Setup>Account Settings.
Office Merge Tags
Address- Office treating address as listed in Setup>Offices>Office Setup>Info.
City- Office treaty city as listed in Setup>Offices>Office Setup>Info.
Correspondence Name- Office correspondence name as listed in Setup>Offices>Office Setup>Statements.
Email- Office email address as listed in Setup>Offices>Office Setup>Info.

Preferred Provider Name- The first and last name of the patient's preferred provider.
Recall Merge Tags
Date- This will show the future recall dates entered for patient.
Responsible Party Merge Tags
Cell Phone Number- Responsible Party cell phone number.
Email Address- Responsible Party's email address.
First Name- Responsible Party first name.
ID- Responsible Party ID.
Last Name- Responsible Party last name.
Today's Date
The day's date in Month, Day, Year format.

Patient Registration- This merge tag will generate a link to complete patient registration forms.
