1. How frequently and at what time is the data updated?
Every morning around 1AM PST the dashboard is refreshed and data is synced from Denticon to Denticon Practice Analytics.
2. Can I customize the reports?
You can customize the reports by utilizing the filters. You cannot however create new metrics, visuals, or data tables.
3. How do I create new reports using Denticon Practice Analytics?
At this time, report creation is not an available feature for Denticon Practice Analytics.
4. Is it possible to integrate the analytics and reporting module with other tools or systems?
At this time, integrations with other analytics modules is not an available feature for Denticon Practice Analytics. If you would like to learn more about our direct data share option, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
5. How can I ensure the data in the analytics and reporting module is accurate and reliable?
You can verify the values using the Denticon Reports module located in the menu options under "Reports." You can also verify the values manually by reviewing the Metrics Glossary (link).
6. What business intelligence platform is being utilized by Denticon Practice Analytics?
Denticon Practice Analytics utilizes Microsoft PowerBI Embedded.
