When the user’s mouse is over a closed time, a hovertip message will reveal the closure information.
There are 3 ways to block the schedule:
· Office closure > Setup / Offices / Office Setup
- Multi-Location/Enterprise Setup / Account Info
· Provider non-availability > Setup / Providers / Provider Setup
Generally, when all appointment times are grayed, the office schedule is closed.
Generally, when only selected providers indicate non-availability, the provider’s schedule is closed.
If the office schedule is blocked off:
· setup
· offices / office setup
· select the office name
· click the Edit Office button
· select the Holidays tab
· click Delete for the desired date
· Save
OR
If the office schedule is blocked off:
· setup
· account info
· click the Edit button
· select the Holidays tab
· click Delete for the desired date
· Save
If only a provider's schedule is blocked off:
· setup
· providers
· provider setup - New
· select the Provider name
· click the Edit Provider button
· select the Holidays tab
- select the Office location
· click Delete for the desired date
· Save
