While adding a new provider, our office did not have some of the necessary information at the time (i.e., the provider's Tax ID or NPI). How do update the provider information?

All provider information is recorded in the Provider setup.

To update, click the word “Setup” and the “Providers” and “Provider Setup” options from the drop-down list

Click on the provider’s name to select the provider

Click the Edit button

Input the updated information in the appropriate fields

Click the Save button
