Although the new user has rights to the office, the user must also be assigned rights to perform tasks in the office. Once assigned to group rights, the new user will be able to do the tasks associated to that group's rights.
- Click the word “Setup” and choose the “Security” and “Users” options from the drop-down box.
- Highlight the user’s name.
- Choose the Group Memb. tab to confirm if rights have been assigned to the user and the Office Access Tab to ensure the user has been granted access to the office.
- If no group shows in the Memb. tab screen, click the Edit button. Select the desired group(s) by using the > symbol to assign a group.
- Click the Save button.
- If the office doesn't show where the user is attempting to login in the Office Access tab screen, click the Edit button. Select the desired office(s) by using the > symbol to assign the office.
