A Super User is considered the "Single Point of Contact" (SPOC). A Super User would be the office/department “go to person” with Denticon questions, at the top of "chain of command." The Super User knows and fully understands the Denticon product, and would be the designated person who communicates with Denticon about issues, concerns, and problems.
A Super User is generally:
- Owner Doctors
- Regional Managers
- Department Manager (i.e., Billing, Insurance, Claims, Clinical)
- Office Managers
Super User training is a “full disclosure” training during which all fields within Denticon are discussed. The sessions cover Clerical tasks, Clinical tasks, and Reporting. During these sessions, an office protocol regarding staff training is developed, based on the account's guidance.
