How do I update my patient’s procedures into the Completed Procedures tab of the charting module?

Any procedure that is indicated as completed will automatically show in the Completed Procedures tab of the graphics module. This includes:

• Any procedure entered through the “Transaction Entry” screen, via either the word “Transactions” or through the Transaction Entry icon () in the icon toolbar.

• Any procedure posted via the patient’s appointment in the Scheduler.
• Any procedure posted to the Ledger from the Treatment Plan analog screen, via either the word “Transactions” or through the Treatment Plan icon () in the icon toolbar.
• Any procedure posted to the Ledger from the Treatment Plan graphic screen.
