Advanced Charting is an enhanced interface that provides a comprehensive view of the Restorative Chart, Perio Chart (New), X-Ray, and Progress Notes in various tabs. The Restorative Chart tab is the default view of Advanced Charting.
To access 'Advance Charting' screen,
- Click 'Charting'
- 'Advanced Charting'
This Advanced Charting roll-out is the first of multiple phases. This first phase includes the ability to “pop-out” a new window for Progress Notes.
When users click on the pop-out icon, Progress Notes will open in a new window that can be moved. While this new window is open, users can click on the other tabs in the main Denticon window (very helpful for users with multiple monitors).
With the pop-out, users can enter Progress Notes while viewing the other Advanced Charting tabs for the same patient. In future releases, the other tabs will also have the pop-out icon.
Additional Enhancements
The other tabbed features have also been enhanced with time saving views and elements:
• Restorative Chart: Timeline view
• Perio Chart: Perio Chart (New) is utilized, including the ability to toggle between the data entry view and the graphical view
• X-Ray: An embedded view of Dentiray Web
