The following conditions do not have any charting graphics or drawings:

Calculus
Fused/Germinated Tooth
Hypersensitivity
Laceration
Peg Lateral
Poor Marg Intergrity
Radiolucency
Radiopacity
Recession

Recession may be noted on the Perio Chart screen by clicking the FGM button.
