We no longer need to see an operatory column in the Scheduler. We cannot delete the column from our office setup. How are we able to remove the column from view?

If there is any appointment history of any kind for any future, current, or past date within an operatory, the operatory cannot be deleted within the “Setup / Offices / Operatories” screen.

The recommended process is:

• Click the word “Setup”
• Click the “Schedule Views” option from the drop-down list
• Select the desired Scheduler View
• Click the Edit button
• Define the desired provider/location/operatory combination
• Click the Save button
• Refresh the Scheduler window by clicking the “Scheduler” word option, or the Scheduler icon
