If there is any appointment history of any kind for any future, current, or past date within an operatory, the operatory cannot be deleted within the “Setup / Offices / Operatories” screen.
The recommended process is:
- Click the word “Setup”
- Click the “Schedule Views” option from the drop-down list
- Select the desired Scheduler View
- Click the Edit button
- Define the desired provider/location/operatory combination
- Click the Save button
- Refresh the Scheduler window by clicking the “Scheduler” word option, or the Scheduler icon
