The letters in the “St” column indicate the status of the treatment procedure. “D” indicates diagnosed, “A” indicates accepted, “U” indicates unaccepted, and “H” indicates hold.
Likewise, the “PS” column indicates an insurance pre-authorization has been sent.
The “S” column indicates a scheduled appointment, and the “C” column indicates a completed appointment.
Each status utilizes unique colors to visually differentiate the status of the procedure codes.
Upon initial input, all procedures are assumed to be Diagnosed unless otherwise indicated by the user. The Diagnosed Date will be the current date unless otherwise indicated by the user.
The pre-authorization date will be auto-inserted into the appropriate field on the Edit Treatment screen when a pre-authorization insurance claim is generated.
Similarly, the Scheduled Date, Start Date, and End Date will be auto-inserted upon action within the patient’s appointment the Scheduler window.
