While each screen affects patient finances, there are distinct differences between the three screens.
For easy clarification, each screen throughout Denticon is identified by name in the gray bar beneath the icon toolbar. The screen page name is provided throughout the program in order to quickly determine which screen is active to the user.
Treatment Plan
- the dashboard indicates a Treatment Plan financial recap
- blue buttons above the Treatment Plan procedures which allow manipulation of the Treatment Plan
- blue button above the Treatment Plan procedures which allows the Treatment Plan to be "posted to Ledger" in order to show completion of the procedure
Transaction Entry
- Transaction Date which is, by default the current date
- show the financial transactions which were posted to the Ledger on a particular date
- the dashboard indicates financial recap of the day's posted financial transactions (upper right corner)
- a button to quickly access the Ledger
Account Ledger
- the dashboard indicates a general financial recap
- blue buttons to quickly access the Transaction Entry for two separate financial activities
- add procedure, which is to directly post the procedure as completed
- payments/adjustments, which allow to record patient payments, and ledger provider adjustments
- financial aging information at the bottom of the screen
