To input claim statuses within a patient’s insurance claim:
- Access the Ledger
- click the date of the claim
- click the Update Status button
- select the desired “Claim Status” item
- click the Update Status button
- click the Save button
A history of the claim’s statuses may be viewed in the claim details screen. The historical Claim Status information may also be viewed via an “N” indicator on the Ledger screen when the mouse cursor is hovered over the “N” indicator.
