Is there a report to view the claim statuses our office entered in our patient’s insurance claims?

A great report to understand claim statuses within insurance claims:

• click the word “Reports”
• choose the “Insurance Reports” option from the drop-down list
• select the “Outstanding Claims - Excel” report
• define the desired report criteria
• click the Save button

NOTE: In order to view the report, the dental office must have Microsoft Excel installed on the computer.
